Krav Maga

Krav Maga (Hebrew for "contact combat") is the official self-defense and fighting system of the Israeli Defense Forces. It's a simple, effective self-defense system emphasizing instinctive movements, practical techniques and realistic training scenarios.
I "stumbled" across this on the internet recently and felt strongly compelled to check it out. I am highly impressed and eager to begin training. Krav Maga Houston holds an Introductory Seminar every Saturday morning at 0900 hours at our headquarters location (2615 SW Freeway, Suite 260). The seminar covers the Who, What, When, Where and Why of Krav Maga, the human response to danger and the realities of violence. You will leave much more enlightened than you were when you arrived.
